On the actual day/rom:
Any request to change hairstyle after complete work has been done due to the following reasons:
~ a hairstyle not recommended by our artist at first but after looking at the final outcome, want to change to our artists recommendation instead; and/or
~ sudden change of mind will be considered as a change of 1 hairstyle and will be charged accordingly.
There will be an additional charges for lateness of more than 20mins $50
~To encourage everyone to start on time on the actual day.
~Our makeup Artist may have another job after you.
Prewedding Photoshoots:
In the event that we have completed the makeup and hair, service will be considered as rendered even if the photoshoot is cancelled due to rain or unforeseen circumstances.
Arrangement for the next PWS can be done for the makeup and hair, however the rate will be charged according to our latest rate.
Trial:
Trial will be done at our Makeup Artists’ location during weekdays, Monday to Thursday, 5pm onward except for eve of PH and PH. For house call, there is additional charge of $100.
For any hairstyle done during trial, we will be using lesser hairpins / hairspray as compared to the hairstyle done on your actual day, so that it is easy for you to remove and wash after trial.
Client may use the trial (At Makeup Artist’s location) makeup and hairstyling for Pre-Wedding Shoot (PWS) with the top up of the differences.
Packages:
All the services in our packages are to be used for the same day and are not allowed to be divided to use for separate events. The packages rates are subjected to changes.
Once jobs are done and completed by our muas, the clients are shown the finished jobs and have no other request, Muas are allowed to leave the locations. It is no longer our responsibility, as we cant predict what the clients’ situations or where they will be going (example: running under the rain, perspiring too much, rubbing their eyes etc) No compensation will be given.
Do take note, for the Personal styling – (Entourage, Moms or Bridesmaids) the service is for makeup & hairstyling only, no putting on clients outfits or helping them to dressing up. The makeup & hair must be done within 1hr 30mins, any delay by clients there will be an additional charges.
Rates:
Please note that our rates are fixed and non-negotiable. Upon request of quotation from us, it is valid for 3 days, subsequently, it is subjected to change, according to our latest rates.
If deposit is made within this period, the rates will be locked in and will not be affected by any changes in our new rates. However, if additional services are added on, much later,
the rates will be our latest one. We seek your understanding to respect the efforts and rates of all the Makeup Artists who have been working hard, gone through years of training and the high running cost in this industry.
Such as:
~ advertisement fees on many platforms, course fees to upgrade skills, additional time spent on uploading beautiful pictures, preparing invoices, replying emails, sourcing and ordering of products (including physically going to shops to research on new products) We are consistently replenishing tools, items etc, and ensuring that our hair accessories, veils, hair extensions are all in good condition, and constantly purchasing new ones.
~ cleaning and sanitizing brushes, palettes, tools etc, so that our makeup and hairstyling kits are always like ‘brand new’ before we use on our clients.
~ Makeup Artists’ transportation fees to your location.
~ additional time for researching in advance on the type of makeup styles and hairstyles for brides, and the lists goes on.
Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rate will be required upon confirmation of your booking. Once deposit is made and the date is fixed,
the date and time slot will be dedicated specially for you. If the deposit is not received, the time slot may be given up for other clients without prior
notice to you. Confirmation of the booking is strictly on a first come first serve basis, based upon deposit made.
Outstanding fee:
The remaining balance of 50% is to be paid one week before the actual day. We will send you a reminder 1 week before and should be paid within 2 days.
We have the right not to provide the services stated in the invoice and to retain the deposit given.

Cancellation / Postponement:
We allow postponing or transferring of the service subject to our availability. If notice is given to our Makeup Artist for postponing or transferring, less than 3 months from the
actual day of the changes, the deposit will be forfeited.
However if the notice is give to us, more than 3 months from the actual day, of the changes of
date, the payment/deposit made can be converted to credits and it must be used within the next 12 months. The credits is transferable. There will be no
refunds of the deposit/payment made.
Cancellation- If notice is given to our Makeup Artist, less than 3 months for the cancellation of confirmed booking, the client shall pay the full/remaining balance amount under any circumstances.
Return Of Hair Accessories/Veils:
All hair accessories/veils must be returned in good condition within 7-14 days (via registered or normal mail).
Alternatively, client can inform us in advance, before returning them to us at our location.
Upon receiving the returned hair accessories/veils in good condition, we will refund the loan deposit accordingly.
Liability:
All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized before every makeup application.
If you have sensitive skin and or are allergic to anything, do let us know in advanced and bring your own products along for the trial and/or actual Day.
